Dear Colleagues!
On behalf of the organizing committee, we invite you to take part in the work of the Jubilee Scientific and Practical Conference "New Horizons of Phthisiology" dedicated to the 75th Anniversary of the Novosibirsk Research Institute of Tuberculosis of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
The following questions will be considered at plenary and breakout sessions of the conference:
• Problems and prospects for ensuring the quality of TB care provided to the population of the Russian Federation.
• Ensuring the efficiency and quality of bacteriological laboratories.
• New approaches in the complex treatment of patients with respiratory tuberculosis with MDR / XDR (routes of administration of drugs, new anti-tuberculosis drugs, treatment regimens).
• High-tech surgical methods in phthisiology.
• Tuberculosis and co-infections.
• Tuberculosis in children and adolescents.
• Extrapulmonary tuberculosis.
• Molecular and cellular mechanisms for the development of tuberculosis infection and the search for new targets for drug therapy.
The following schools are planned to be held at the conference:
1. On TB Control organizational and methodical work
2. On TB bacteriological laboratory diagnostics
3. For treating patients with MDR tuberculosis
4. For latent tuberculosis infection (LTI) and TB differential diagnosis.
Master classes will be organized:
1. For endobronchial valve (EbV) installation
2. For pulmonary tuberculosis surgery.
