Webinar dedicated to the WHO Consolidated Guidelines on Tuberculosis. Module 3: Diagnosis. Rapid diagnostics for tuberculosis detection, as well as an overview of the situation on laboratory diagnosis of tuberculosis in the WHO European Region, in Russia and regions of Siberia and the Far East during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Scope and Purpose
Main objectives:
• Acquaintance with the newly released WHO Consolidated Guidelines on Tuberculosis. Module 3: Diagnosis. Rapid diagnostics for tuberculosis detection
• Presentation of the WHO interactive online training course " Drug-resistant tuberculosis: how to interpret rapid molecular test results"
• Presentation of a tool developed by the WHO European Laboratory Initiative: DST quality assessment dashboard
• Analysis of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the laboratory sector of anti-tuberculosis facilities in the WHO European Region and Russia.

Meeting format: Seminar will be held online and all speakers and participants will be connected via Zoom online platform.
For the participation it is necessary to register before 10:00am (Moscow time) 2nd of December 2020.

Target audience: Laboratory doctors, TB-specialists, heads of tuberculosis bacteriological laboratories, deputy chief physicians and chief physicians of anti-tuberculosis facilities.
Working language: The working language will be Russian with simultaneous interpretation in English.
